Okay y'all I'm backkk. Today we are going to talk about Cardi B's hair mask regimen. So as you probably already know, Cardi went on her instagram and shared her famous hair mask recipe which she says has helped grow her hair in just a few years into this........

So y'all know me being me I was curious. I went online and started looking at videos of people trying out his recipe for themselves and I read up on what these ingredients can do for your hair which when combined can create a massive growth in your hair.
So for you, I am going to share a few pieces of information you need to know before trying this method. I am also going to link to a few video testimonies as proof of what this method can do to your hair. Now onto the fun part. Below is a list of the ingredients Cardi uses in her hair mask regimen along with their effects and benefits on your hair. Now Cardi really didn't use any specific measuring so I always say less is more when doing things for the first time. So I'm going to list small measurements and you can add more to it as you learn what's best for you.
1) 1/2 Avocado- Avocado is like a superhero for dry hair. ... The monounsaturated fatty acid content in avocado oil is higher than extra virgin olive oil— one of the main reasons it is so good for your hair.
2) 2 tablespoons Argan Oil- The powerful antioxidants and nourishing fatty acids in argan oil help keep your hair moisturized and protects against styling damage and damage caused by free radicals. This can result in less breakage and shedding.
3) 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise- Mayonnaise, when used as a hair mask, adds shine and strengthens hair from root to tip. The main ingredients in mayonnaise are egg and oil. The high amount of protein in eggs helps strengthen and thicken hair follicles.
4) 2 tablespoons of Castor oil- Research shows that castor helps stimulate hair growth and reduce dandruff (1). Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties (2). Hence, it can help soothe and reduce irritation in the scalp. Castor oil may help reduce dandruff.
5) 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil- Olive oil does contain proteins, antioxidants, and antimicrobial agents that might contribute to healthy hair. Over time, treating your hair with olive oil may work to strengthen your hair follicle, increasing the lifespan of each hair and making it seem like your hair is growing more quickly.
6) 1 raw Egg- Egg yolk can be another superfood for your hair due to the unique combination of vitamins found inside. Vitamins A and E, biotin, and folate are just some of the nutrients that researchers have linked to hair growth and healthy hair.
7) 1 peeled Banana- Banana is a powerhouse of vital nutrients and minerals that can do wonders for your overall health. ... One of the key nutrients present in banana is potassium, which is said to promote hair growth as it helps in controlling dandruff. Potassium is not only a good for hair, but for the body as well.
8) 2 tablespoons of Honey- Honey has both emollient and humectant properties, making it a great hair moisturizer. Emollients smooth the hair follicles, adding shine to dull hair. Humectants bond with water molecules, adding moisture to dry strands. By moisturizing and locking in shine, honey can help restore the natural luster of your hair.
And there you have ladies and gents!! These are ingredients and (measurements I created) for the hair mask Cardi uses to grow her luxurious hair!! Below are a few videos I am linking to as proof of what this hair mask does to your hair. In the videos you will see the process used in applying this mask as well. Enjoy!
